The River Valley Classics Car Club
A sponsorship of The River Valley Classics Car Club is a
very inexpensive way to promote your name and business
to hundreds of people every month, and thousands of
people the following year. For your donation of at least
$100.00 you will receive the following:
At each of our cruise nights, a door prize will be given in
the name of your company. Both your name, and the
name of your company will be announced, along with the
description of the prize, and the winner. One of your
business cards will be attached to “your” prize. We have
four cruise nights scheduled this year. Our average cruise
night draws over 400 classic cars, and almost 1,000
spectators.
Your company name will appear on the front of our cruise
schedule. Our schedules are printed March 1st. Any
sponsorships received after that date will have their
information printed on our schedules the following year. A
copy of our 2009 schedule is enclosed. This schedule is
mailed to over 1,200 homes, and at least another 1,000
are handed out during the year. These schedules usually
end up behind a magnet, on a refrigerator, for the entire
cruise season.
As stated above, the minimum donation is $100.00. If you
would like to donate a larger amount, more expensive
prizes will be purchased, and given in your name. For
example:
a $100.00 donation, divided by four cruise nights, equals
four prizes having a value of $25.00 each. A $200.00
donation, divided by four cruise nights, will purchase four
prizes having a value of $50.00 each. The greater the
amount of the donation, the higher the value of the prize
given in your name. Again, your name, your company
name, one of your business cards, a description of the
prize, and the winner of each prize is announced every
night at the time your prize is given.
The River Valley Classics Car Club understands that your
advertising budget may be tight, and that it is important to
receive the "biggest bang" for your advertising dollars.
We believe our venue offers your company exactly that.
The drivers who have purchased and/or restored each of
these vehicles have spent thousands of dollars doing so.
To say the least, these owners are not poor. Classic car
owners have a larger than average disposable income.
These are the people who have the financial resources to
spend at your business! If you would like any additional
